Timekeeping is managed through the F|Staff App. Be sure that you are clocking in and out of the F|Staff app at the beginning and end of each shift.
Time Correction Form

Time correction forms / time sheets MUST be submitted by Monday at 10:00 a.m. Arizona time following the end of the pay period.
Time correction forms / time sheets received after Monday at 10:00 a.m. will be paid the following pay period.
NOTE: Time correction forms must be submitted for each customer you worked for.
- Pay Period is Monday through Sunday.
- Pay Date is Friday (for week prior).
If the regular payday falls on a holiday, payday will be the last regular workday before the holiday (depending on bank schedules).
Payroll Information Online
Through the mypayplease.com online portal, you have all your employee information at your fingertips. You’ll have access to:
- Pay Stubs
- Tax Information
The first time you log in you’ll need to register and create a password. If you forget your password you must contact Peoplease at 1-800-948-4453 x801
Pay Delivery Options
F|Staff offers four convenient pay options:
- Direct Deposit, Download Direct Deposit Form here
- Money Network Card, to enroll email email@example.com
- Mail via USPS (subject to USPS delivery schedules)
Please note, depending on your bank, it can take up to 2 weeks for direct deposit to take effect.
Lost or Stolen Checks
If your paycheck is lost or stolen, please notify the payroll department immediately. A $35.00 administrative fee will be assessed for all checks that require a stop-payment and re-issuance.
Sign Up for Fast Pay
You now have the option to get paid even faster! Fast Pay allows you to access a portion of your earned wages early for a small fee. This program is optional and offered as an employee benefit to you. Click this link to learn more about Fast Pay.
Pre-Employment Drug Screen
As a reminder, on your first paycheck, you will see $35.00 withheld for the pre-employment drug screen. You can receive that amount back after 90 active days of employment upon request.

Updating Contact Information
If you move, change your phone number, or change your name, it’s important to let us know as soon as possible. You can contact the payroll department by email at Payroll@fstaff.com to update your information. In some cases, such as a name change, legal documentation is required.
